The Trilobite is the world's first automatic vacuum cleaner. It was designed with one goal in mind: to give people time for more important things than vacuuming. But since its launch in Europe last year, it has earned reputation for more than just house cleaning. For starters, its sleek design makes it interesting and attractive. Its low, round body helps it maneuver in small spaces, and under furniture. It's also industrious. It can clean the whole room, spot-clean or do a quick-clean, right before the guests arrive. And it's sensitive. So much so, that it can vacuum around a glass of water without spilling a drop. Best of all, it is independent and conscientious. All you have to do is hit go, since the Trilobite figures out how to navigate the room, and then cleans it, all by itself. If it gets tired, it returns to the charging baywithout your having to lift a finger. It even turns itself off when it's finished. The Trilobite uses ultrasound to navigate through a room, just like a…
I bought a Discovery myself to help with my asthma and only used it in my tiled kitchen/family room. A very easy floor to clean. My friends were so impressed 4 of them bought roombas and or scubas.... Well I'm sorry to say that 3 of them as well as I have had irobot replace parts and refurb machines (might I add ... we had no problem with customer service) until the warranty was up...Now they want another 100.00 for another refurb... Not getting it from me! I just bought the trilobite for $437.00 and for one it really SUCKS... not simply brushing the dirt but vacuuming it up. It is a true vacuum not a sweeper like the roomba's. And if you can afford to get real lazy you can get the Karcher RC-3000 RoboCleaner that even has a self emptying feature.

I could not decide between the Polaris and the Neptune...the main difference is that the Neptune comes with a turbo brush and the parquet twister. I just received it today & have been anticipating it's arrival since I ordered it on Saturday...I am crazy in love. I have never owned a vacuum that has setting controls...I cleaned the velvet drapes in room on the lowest setting, works like a charm. I vacuumed all the window sills, door & window moldings, 1731 sq ft of wood floor, bathroom tile & vacuumed the stucco walls in the kitchen. Oh by the way the maids were just here yesterday...I did not care. The house looked perfect but now I know it's perfect.I vacuumed while my daughter was napping...I could have never done that w/the upright Kenmore I'm retiring. I'm so happy with this purchase. I will update this review in 6 months (writing reminder in my Franklin). Yes, yes love is in the air. XXOXOO2.19.2010Six months is around the corner. I am still in love. Can I just tell you that my cleaning habits have changed...I once vacuumed once a week maybe twice, since I received my Miele I vacuum every other day (it's crazy I know)I'm so addicted to the clean feeling plus I want to share this scent secret with you...when I change the vacuum bag I put 14-18 drops of my favorite essential oil on cotton ball vacuum it up & every time I vacuum that scent is distributed thru the whole house. My favorite scent right now is Lemongrass by Aura Cacia...so natural. I don't know…

The EL7060 also provides superior cleaning power. Equipped with a 12 amp motor, the Deep Clean power head uses a high-suction motor for deep down removal of dirt, debris, and pet dander. With its direct suction system, this canister vacuum is able to hold up to 2 quarts of dust. It is recommended for all surfaces as it is able to pick up all kinds of dirt, be it bare floors or carpets. The 7 inch hose enables you to carry this compact vacuum around the house to cover greater cleaning area.
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful 5.0 out of 5 starsFantastic, August 1, 2011 By Erin - See all my reviewsI had a very old electrolux canister vacuum that was not doing the job anymore. It was truly a tank that held up very well. I just received this vacuum as a wedding shower gift and I absolutely love it. This thing is amazing: quiet, easy to use, and picks up everything. I actually enjoy using it. The long wand is great for vacuuming molding, shelves etc. The attachments are easy to swap and use. I do see the concern with the prior reviewer regarding the placement of the on/off switch on the handle - but this really isn't an issue and it is easy to avoid turning the vacuum on and off unintentionally.Overall, I would highly recommend this product!

I am absolutely shocked much better my allergies are. I was going to go with the $600 model, but several of my friends ended up upgrading to the S236 power head after the purchase, which brought it to $900. It's the same price at the store and they threw in a cleaning at one year. The bags are expensive, but I had a bagless and it's difficult to clean. Everything is so easy on this vaccum and it is powerful.

This retro style Perfect canister is the same old style you grew up with. The all metal housings are made for years and years of use and abuse. The motor on this vacuum pulls an amazing 125" of water lift, giving it the same suction as many central vacuum units. There are not many vacuums on the market today, with the suction power of the Perfect canister. The wide 15" power nozzle will eat pet hair for breakfast! It also comes with an electronic circuit breaker, that will prevent many belts from breaking. If something is vacuumed up in to the power head such as tassles on oriental rugs, or shoe laces, or even a sock under neath the bed, the power head will automatically turn off, to prevent the belt from breaking. Accessories included are; * Complete set of tools with on-board storage:* Soft horse hair combination dusting/upholstery tool.* Air-driven stair tool.* 14-inch crevice tool.* 12-inch wide soft horse hair bare floor tool. This machine also now comes with the new HEPA…
I bought a very im"perfect" vacuum from this manufacturer(misnamed "Perfect"), online and discovered that it was a terrible piece of junk. Completely ergonomically INcorrect, in fact there is no way you can use it comfortably,no matter how you try. The body and attachments are rigid and cheap and don't function well at all. The hose is stiff and hard to maneuver. The company from which I ordered it(US Vacuum, I believe) said I could send it back if I paid the postage, but I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee, so the cheapskate in me has kept it and, forcing myself to use it. (It does have decent suction, but no other redeeming quality) If you ever run across a good review for this vacuum, I can guarantee it was written by the people who are trying to unload a few more of these to unsuspecting online buyers. Save yourself the misery and buy another brand.

Just bought this vacuum today after my Kenmore of 9 years stopped working. I tried it out when I got home and am very pleased! We have a combination of berber carpet, medium length carpet, and hardwood/linoleum. The lady at the store told me this was the "top of the line for Kenmore canisters." I asked what the difference was between "top of the line" and the next level down. This one has the detachable vacuum-head for barefloors, longer cord, longer hose and a swivel head.I love that the cord is extra long (30 feet). It reaches further than my old vacuum. When I turned on the vacuum, it almost felt like a self-propelled vacuum. On the berber and hardwood, it was very easy to push/pull. I've read another review where they said it didn't push so well on the carpet. On our medium carpet, I put it on low-carpet setting only because I like to think it's cleaning deeper. It did require more effort to push it like that. On the medium setting, it was easy to push/pull. I really like the swivel head. It goes under and around furniture better that way. Switching the carpet level is all controlled at the feet so it's easy to use. Also switching from carpet to barefloor is controlled at the top so that's easy too. It's easy to pop out the barefloor vacuum head and much lighter to push too (with the barefloor vacuum).I also like that the exhaust part is located on the sides instead of the back of the vacuum. This way when vacuuming stairs and you sit the vacuum up on…
